 Registration / Online Registration

  1. After completing the online registration form, the system will automatically calculate the registration fee. Participants in Taiwan should use a bank app transfer first, or select the “Bill Payment” function at an ATM. If neither option is available, pay online by credit card. Participants outside Taiwan may pay online by credit card.
  2. After completing online registration, the system will automatically send a registration-and-payment notification email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive the email, contact the organizer to confirm that your registration was successful.
  3. After you complete payment, please allow time for the payment to be posted. Once confirmed, the system will automatically send a payment confirmation email to your registered email address.
  4. To check whether your payment has been posted, enter the email address and PIN code used for registration in section (2) Online Payment. If payment has not been completed, the system will guide you through the online payment process.
  5. To avoid missing important emails, we recommend that you do not use Yahoo! or Hotmail email addresses.

  1. In accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and related laws and regulations, you must agree to and understand the following matters.
  2. Except in circumstances specified in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may inquire of this event organizer, request access to, or request a copy of, your personal data.
  3. You may freely choose whether to provide personal data or exercise the rights stipulated in Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act. However, if the information provided by a registrant is incomplete, fraudulent, misappropriated, or inaccurate, the event organizer may be unable to carry out the necessary procedures and cannot accept the registration. We appreciate your understanding.
  1. Payment Not Completed: If you have not completed payment, enter the email address and PIN code used during registration here, then follow the instructions to pay online.
  2. Payment Completed: If payment has been completed, use the email address and PIN code to look up your payment receipt.
  3. Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is posted, the system will automatically send a payment confirmation email to your registered email address. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, log in again to check or contact the organizer to confirm your payment was successful.
  4. Important: The payment receipt is only for confirming that the registration payment has been posted. The conference will provide an official receipt after registration closes and fees have been finalized.
